Fletcher is an agent with Raleigh Insurance and works at the Manhattan and Little River Office. He is married to Karlyn and lives in McPherson. They are expecting their first child in October. Fletcher graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Math and Economics. In Fletcher’s spare time he likes going to football, basketball and baseball games for the High School and University.
